Health Trip 21st January  2008 Health Trip is back for 2008! This week Nicole and Gill pick up where they left off in 2007 by continuing on the topic of Omega 3 fatty acids.

Gill prefaces the discussion by giving a brief scientific description of what they are, in what foods to find them and what our body does with them. 

Gill also answers listener questions covering Omega 3 content in flake, content of pregnancy formulas, eating fish with sustainability in mind, components of vaccines for children and iron supplementation in the diet of weened and still breast feeding children.
